Response times
We aim to reply to general messages within three business days. Privacy requests are answered within the statutory deadline — 30 days under the GDPR, 45 days under the CCPA — and we may need to verify your identity before acting.

What we don't do
- We do not sell, ship, service, or warranty any product. For an order, a refund, a return, or a device that stopped working, contact the merchant you bought it from — we are not a party to that transaction.
- We do not offer health guidance. The devices covered here record measurements; they are not medical devices. Please speak to a clinician.
- We do not publish paid placements, sponsored conclusions, or guest posts with embedded links. Pitches of that kind are deleted unread.
Press and brands
If you represent a manufacturer and believe we have described your product inaccurately, write to the general address with the correction and a citation to your own published material. We correct errors regardless of whether there is a commercial relationship, and a commercial relationship does not buy a change to a conclusion.
